
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
When you order items that we have in stock by 3 pm Central Time, you can expect delivery no later than 7 business
days via UPS Ground. We offer UPS 2 Day for delivery within 2 days of ordering. We also offer UPS Overnight for
delivery within 1 business day of ordering.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
We ship to street addresses in all 50 states: the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We're sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes, and/or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Business Days:
We will process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
UPS Ground and UPS Overnight are not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Nu Body Spa Essentials is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple
addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails
When your order is received, we'll send you an email confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped,
we'll send you a shipment confirmation. It will include the following information:
- Items purchased
- Payment information (excluding credit card info)
- Shipping method
- Shipping information
- UPS tracking number
Tracking your Shipment
All packages are sent via UPS. Your shipping confirmation email will include your UPS Tracking Number and a link to
the UPS tracking site. You can also find order tracking and history information by going to My Account and reviewing
your Order History.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Nu Body Spa Essentials merchandise. However, due to the fact that the
majority of our products are applied to the body and are of a chemical nature, only our oil warmer product
items are eligible to be returned. You may return any of our products via mail, UPS, etc., with your receipt
and order number/confirmation, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price
(minus shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you
a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will
not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.
We do not give refunds or exchange samples, gifts with purchase items, gift certificates and gift card offerings.
